Sent people, sent church
Jesus sends us to love our neighbors. We serve Naperville and the communities around us in practical ways, all year long.
Project Christmas: Toy Drive
This Christmas, help us bless kids and families in our community. There are two ways to give:
Donate a Toy
Bring a brand-new, unwrapped toy for a child in Kindergarten through 5th grade. We're collecting toys every Sunday in November (Nov. 8, 15, 22 and 29). Drop it in the big gift box in the Atrium.
Give online
If you're unable to purchase a toy, you can still be part of it by giving online.
Local hands, local hearts
From Adopt a Block Saturdays and Back to School Sunday to the Project Christmas toy drive, every act of service points our neighbors to Jesus. Seasonal outreach dates land on the events page. Looking for mission trips and global partners? Visit Missions.
Reaching our radius
Every act of kindness points people to Jesus. Here are the ways Calvary shows up for our neighbors all year long.
Every church has a radius: the neighbors, schools, and streets right around us. At Calvary, reaching ours means living out Matthew 5:16, "... letting our light shine..." so others see God's love in action.
Give One. Bless One.
When you shop for your family, give one bag to bless another. Every bag stocks the new Calvary Care Food Pantry, which helps families in our church and our community, one bag at a time.
Fill a Bag
In January, pick up a grocery bag with a postcard that lists the items the pantry needs most. Fill it and bring it back on Sunday, Jan. 31. Drop-off spots on campus are coming soon. After January, Give One. Bless One. becomes a monthly rhythm.
Give online
Give to Community Engagement in Church Center and add the note "Calvary Care Pantry."
Adopt a Block
Each summer our church steps into the neighborhoods around us to serve. We cut grass, paint, clean up, and help local schools get ready, all to show our neighbors the love of Jesus in practical ways. No experience needed. Bring your family, your small group, or just yourself.
2026 serve days were July 11, 18, and 25. Summer 2027 dates coming soon.
Back to School Sunday
Before the school year starts, we set aside one Sunday to pray over students, teachers, and school staff. It is one of our favorite ways to invest in the next generation and the schools in our community.
